A series of illustrations to accompany stats on the number of pensioners who have fallen victim to telephone/bank fraud. Although a serious subject, the client requested a more upbeat approach. It was agreed that 'urban' pensioners would tell the story. The illustrations appeared on the Barclays website and in-store.
